We went in when they opened, and were out with keys in hand by early afternoon. There were a few minor issues that were fixed by the dealer (windshield chips), and Rob also handled most of that coordination. I don't really enjoy the car buying process, but if/when we need to purchase another Jeep/Dodge, I would give Dewey the first opportunity. More

A few service hiccups but they made it right! Update: Below was my initial review but I wanted to follow up saying that James (Brand Advocacy Manager) and Trent (service dep) made things right wit Update: Below was my initial review but I wanted to follow up saying that James (Brand Advocacy Manager) and Trent (service dep) made things right with me. My vehicle was fixed, communication was excellent, and I was taken to my house and picked up when vehicle was fixed. I realize that sometimes the ball is dropped when it comes to customer service but it's awesome that the folks at Dewey took the time and effort to make it right. They could have blown me off being such a big dealership but they took the time to listen to me about my concerns and made it right. I love my RAM! I purchased my first ever brand new vehicle from Dewey Dodge. I worked with Mark Landergott. I thought he did a very good job and I felt good about my purchase. I would definitely purchase again from Dewey, or so I thought. Since the day I signed papers i’ve been let down with staff communication and customer service. When I bought the Ram 1500 Bighorn I swapped out tires and got a leveling kit ordered with the purchase. I was told to bring it in at my apt time and it would take 1 to 2 hrs. I had plans that evening. Long story short, nobody told me what was going on and I had to ask multiple times what was taking so long and it turned into a 5 hr deal. It messed up my entire evening. Brought my truck in for the first oil change which was fine. Then I noticed an oil spot in my driveway before I brought truck in for it’s second oil change. Spot got bigger. I asked to be told what was causing the leak since this was my first brand new vehicle, I was worried. Nobody told me anything. I had to ask three times and was finally told it was a known issue with that filter. Ok, that would of been nice to know and someone could have explained that to me. So now, right before my third oil change, my service engine light comes on for a half day and says fuel sensor error a few times. Then shuts off. I had an 8:30am apt on Wed May 17th and asked to have that looked at. Arrived at 8:20 am and said I was there for my oil change, tire rotation, car wash (last one in the package deal) and wanted to know if the sensor was a big deal. Trent who was working with me said there were errors being read and since the truck was under warranty he’d advise to have it looked at. Ok, great. How long? I was told shouldn’t be too long but didn’t know for sure. This was 8:30am. I decided to get a ride to gym and workout. Got brought back at 10:30am. Still no news. I was taken to a friends house. I was called at around 4pm asking if they could keep the truck over night. Wow, but ok. I had to call in today around 11am to see what was going on. Once again, no news. I mean really? Is this normal? At 1pm Trent calls and says my truck needs a new fuel pump but it’s on back order so I can get truck and make an appt when the part comes in. This is 1pm. At 3:15 pm I call Trent again asking why the driver hasn’t showed up. Now it’s 4:45pm and i’m typing this and nobody has picked me up. Is this normal customer service from Dewey? Can you see where a customer might not like this? I think something needs to be done with how you handle this. More

Had my annual check up at my mechanic he said the knocking noise we hear when cold is a exhuast manifold leak either a broken bolt of cracked manifold. Took it to Dewey service they said nothing wrong it is the Hemi tick that happens on all Hemis. Told my mechanic and he told me to take it to another dealership. So I did and guess what 1 broken exhaust manifold bolt on each side. Sad thing is this is warranty covered item.... Service like this at Dewey makes it hard to do business there unfortunately.
