I was a little disappointed with finance but overall my experience was a good one. As far as financing I was able to come home and refiance for a percentage less and the gap coverage was at no cost to me. Also I did not ask for the identity theft protection but was charged for it as well. Also, buying out of state was a little fustrating as it is impossible to get everything done in 15 days!!!! The vehicle did not have an owners manual but Walter was able to get one to me. So once again thank you Walter, and Dewey Dodge I'm enjoying my new/used ride! Your on-line department personnel ROCK. When arriving at Dewey Dodge, in Ankeny Iowa, I was hesitant about purchasing a new vehicle, because I wasn't sure what I was truly looking for. However, when being allowed to test drive mutliple vehi hesitant about purchasing a new vehicle, because I wasn't sure what I was truly looking for. After choosing the vehicle I wanted to purchase he went into further detail in order to help me purchase the vehicle that provided me with all of the "extras" (sunroof, color, touch screen monitor, leather interior, etc.) I was looking for. All employees involved in my purchase were helpful in providing answers to my questions and ample amounts of information on the vehicle I'd purchased. We love the truck we bought = Dodge Ram, but were annoyed with the length of time it took to do the transaction. I felt 6 hours was way too long to get the paperwork done on the truck. I wrote a check to pay for it and it still took that long. Our sales man would leave and come back a half hour later with some peice of info, then leave again for a half hour. I just think it should take no longer than an hour to take care of a sale. The longer you sit the more apt you are to get up and leave. I prepared to leave a couple of times, but my husband wanted the truck so I stayed. I will never wait that long again for a purchase. More

I wasn't expecting to walk out of Dewey Dodge with a new vehicle but their knowledge on the incentives and working directly with Tommy Huynh, a business manager, I walked away with exactly what I wanted. The decision making process was an easy one for me and I can say I appreciated Denise's upfront honesty and her flexibility with me. I never felt rushed into making a decision and at no point did I feel that Denise or Mike were pushy in any way which has been an experience of mine in the past when dealing with Car Salesman. I will have no problem referring friends and family to Dewey Dodge. I like their Staff and especially like their service department. I had been taking my previously owned vehicle to Dewey Dodge Service Department for over two years and have developed a good relationship with Derrick Fox. I hate going to dealerships to buy a vehicle, the overall experience always stresses me out and I have never had the greatest experiences. I was treated with respect, even though I have credit issues and they had to work a little harder to get the financing and price I wanted. Zac listened to what I wanted and didn't try and sell me on what they wanted me to purchase. They kept me informed on what was going on during the entire process and was honest with me, not shady as other dealerships in the Des Moines area have been with me. Once all my paperwork was signed and I was ready to drive out with my new car, they had Ashley sit in my new car with me and show me how to run all the gadgets in my new vehicle and she walked me through setting everything up. No other dealership has EVER done this with me. It was awesome and I will not go anywhere else but Dewey in the future!! I HIGHLY recommend!! More
