Just last weekend my husband and I went back out to look at Jeeps and when we were walking up to the door we were so surprised to see Scott back at the dealership. Gregg was great to work with. He maybe didn't have all the answers off the top of his head, but he worked hard to get them for us quickly. We came in looking for a Ford Edge, thought more about something the answers off the top of his head, but he worked hard to get them for us quickly. We came in looking for a Ford Edge, thought more about something larger so we transitioned to the Explorer. We didn't like the feel of the interior so we looked at the Durango. We were very happy we didn't need to go start over somewhere else with a different sales person. We liked what we had in Gregg so it was very nice that we could keep dealing with him while we looked at the Durango, which we purchased. He was very helpful throughout, gave us good advice which we certainly appreicated. They told us that the lowest apr that we would be able to get is 4.69% but we found out that at the same bank that they were using we could get a 2.99% loan. They also told us that we can get a full refund on the extended warranty, gap protection, theft protection, roadside assistance, etc. if we were to cancel it within 30 days after the purchase. We canceled it within the allotted time and they never refunded us the all the money. They even claimed that they lost our cancellation papers that we turned in within the 30 days. We had to fill out new cancellation papers and file them again. Also, we tried to contact them to see why they did not refund us the entire amount but they never even respond to us. More
