First off i would like to say i am very disappointed in Dewey. i bought a used 2005 nissan armada a few weeks and we were told that it had gone through a hundred some odd point inspection when we purchased Dewey. i bought a used 2005 nissan armada a few weeks and we were told that it had gone through a hundred some odd point inspection when we purchased it. long story short, drove it home and around and realized that the gas gauge was not dropping below a quarter of a tank so i called rodger butler who was our salesman and asked him what could be done about it (because obviously it did not work when i drove it off the lot and there was no way for me to know that it wasn't working). He said would have to talk to his boss and would get back to me. well, that didn't happen and i had to call back to dewey. rodger was not available so i ended up talking to a couple different people about it and got nowhere. so i started looking online how to fix it, when i found a recall on that model of nissan that was the exact thing that was happening to mine. So i took it into nissan of ames they checked it and was not covered under the recall but there was an open recall on the vehicle! Nissan was very friendly and took my vehicle into the shop to check it out. when doing so they also noticed within the 5 min. they had it in the shop that there was a leak in my power steering hose along with an exhaust leak. I understand buying an "as is" vehicle is risky, but who sells a vehicle in which the gas gauge doesn't work then tells u there is nothing they can do about it. Nissan quoted me 500 dollars to fix it with most of that being labor for dropping the gas tank. If i wanted to be treated this way i would have gone to joe blow's auto on the east side! I would have at least expected it there! Dewey Dodge by law treated me how they could, but they did not treat me how i should have been treated try returning a phone call! I was never rude to them, so why be rude to me? I find it sad that a dealership of their supposed quality and integrity will not stand behind their vehicles, be it new or used. More
Stephanie was great to work with. I originally went in for a used vehicle and ended up leaving with a brand new Dodge Avenger. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to get the deal done and ensured all of my needs were met. The finace department on the other hand was lacking in a few areas. It took extremely too long to get the deal to go through. I ended up having to come back on two seperate times just to complete paperwork. I also was told that the credit protection was included in the deal. After looking through my paperwork there was a fee attached. It is not right to trick someone into taking something that is not necessary. Overall I am very helpful with my purchase. Stephanie did a great job making sure I was taken care of through out the process. More

This bad review is for Dewey Dealership, not Tyler. Tyler was very helpful and respectful. I enjoyed working with Tyler to purchase my new car. As for the Dealership, my experience was terrible. My Family an was very helpful and respectful. I enjoyed working with Tyler to purchase my new car. As for the Dealership, my experience was terrible. My Family and I were there for 4 hours and not once did we get offered a drink. When it came time to do the financing, I kept getting told I was being rejected. I called the bank and they told me I was being rejected because they were submitting a price for the loan that was $2000 more than what I had agreed on. Why were they putting in a price $2000 more, because they were trying to charge me for GAP insurance that is nothing. I called my insurance provider and he told me he wasn’t sure what GAP was and I didn’t need it. When I declined it they tried to sell me GAP three times with lower prices. When I declined again I received the response, "I can't believe you are going to drive out of here "without GAP. What happens when you pull out of here and get hit? NOT to impreesed by that. All in All it was a horrible experience but I love my car. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

Jacob was great to work with,did what he could to get me a great deal on my trade and for the Jeep I was buying. Have had some bumps along the way since I bought it but Jacob and Dan (G Manager) stepped u a great deal on my trade and for the Jeep I was buying.
