Dewey Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I live in Northern Iowa and was specifically looking for a new Chrysler 300 with all wheel drive. I did extensive internet research and found the two closest dealers with this vehicle on their lots were De a new Chrysler 300 with all wheel drive. I did extensive internet research and found the two closest dealers with this vehicle on their lots were Dewey in Ankeny and another dealer in Des Moines. The asking prices in Des Moines were consistently $1,000 or more higher than Dewey so Dewey was where I started. Mike came out to the lot when he saw my wife and I walking around and the process started. Sales can be a unique experience but I immediately had the impression that Mike was personable, down to earth and honest. I could probably buy the same vehicle at a same or similar price at some other dealerships but I like to be comfortable with the sales person and that, (Mike), made working with Dewey easy. As we went through the several hour process of negotiation, paperwork, car prep etc. I met 5 or 6 other Dewey employees and Mike's qualities were evident throuhout the dealership. I was truly both impressed and entirely comfortable. Whether you like Chrysler products as we do, or not, I would most highly recommend a person give Dewey a look when shopping for a new car. You'll get a great car at a fair price with a comfortable feeling about it all. More

I enjoyed working with Zach initially getting pricing information and talking basics about the vehicle. After it was determined I would make a visit to Dewey on a Saturday, Zach set me up with one of his information and talking basics about the vehicle. After it was determined I would make a visit to Dewey on a Saturday, Zach set me up with one of his associates knowing he had prior committments the day I would arrive. When I arrived, Walter could not have been a better guy to work with. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. There were a few issues, but in the scope of things were very minor. 1st off was the $399 identity theft fee. I had no need for it, and did not want this extra charge. Both sales guys said that was something I could talk to the finance manager about to get removed. When I told the finance guy, he basically said that's non negotiable and it's on every vehicle. After discussing it with him, he finally waved it. He didn't seem happy though. 2nd, this was my 2nd car buying experience and the first time was not pressured to buy anything I didn't want. This time, the finance guy was very pressuring to buy after market warranties. 3rd, it was a Saturday, and a big city, but I sat for over an hour just waiting to see the finance manager to finalize the vehicle sale. I guess if I hadn't drove 2.5 hours there, it wouldn't have been a big deal. More

We walked into Dewey Dodge at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon and Jessica had the car waiting at the front door for our test drive. We walked out the door proud owners of our "new" car at 5:30! Jessica was so helpful and very efficient in helping us work out a deal and expediting our car purchase. This was our second car purchase in the last year with Jessica Jarrell and Dewey Dodge and I am sure we will do business with them both again in the future. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and once again our experience with Dewey Dodge was a great one. More
