This was our 4th purchase from Dewey over the years, and probably the 15th our families have purchased. The sales team is always friendly and flexible. Also the auto up and down passenger window wasn't working. Two things I feel should of been caught prior to the purchase. I took the car back and it was fixed quickly. Since the car was still under warranty it was covered. My dealing with the service dept was less than par. The rep David seemed as tho I was a nuisance to home since the car was not a chrysler or ford brand. Even asking the question if I checked the pressure of the tires. Of course I had but felt belittled since I had just told him the tire was completely flat prior to me bringing it. Not an active lister by any means. This was my second dealing over the years with the Dewey Dodgeservice dept and the second less than par experience. The Dewey Ford service dept has always impressed me. Maybe the Dodge team could look to them as their mentors. More

Stephine went way out of her way to make us a deal. The delivery person was horible, new very little about the new vechicle and did not show us many of the options.
