I was in the market for a used car, my primary interest was fuel economy. I was greeted at the door by John Howard and explained my situation. After going through the finance process etc. and finalizing the purchase he offered to deliver the Ford Focus to my home, as I had arrived in my truck. I really appreciated John's technical know how.
