Al Angelo was an amazing salesman working with us in 95° weather car after car helping us find the right one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !! Joel is great but do not ever buy a car from here unless you want to be taken advantage of. I questioned the tires prior to purchasing, but it was !! Joel is great but do not ever buy a car from here unless you want to be taken advantage of. I questioned the tires prior to purchasing, but it was in the evening and the sales associate said the tires are fine. There’s a lot of tread on them he said. I took his word for it and I bought the Kia. Before I even drove it off the lot the tire light came on. I addressed the issue with the only person left at the dealership and he said it would be taken care of not to worry. The next day I looked closely at all the tires and saw they were dry rotted. I brought the car back that night so it could be serviced the next day. I told the dealership I want all four tires replaced because of the dry rot. They would only agree to replace one stating it did have a screw. The other ones I would be responsible for paying for myself. This was NOT an as-is sale, and I even paid for an extended warranty. All they offered me was to return the car I traded in and let me out of the deal. All this for three tires. I did get them for cost, but I had the car for less than 48 hours (driven 24 miles) and I had to pay almost $600.00. If it was an as-is sale, I would agree with having me pay, but it was not they should have never sold a car with dry rotted tires, and the service department even said they showed dry rot. Service Department is amazing but other than that STAY AWAY!! More
