Friendly Dealership I had a few recent contacts with other Dealerships and had no success in trying to purchase a vehicle. I was almost going to give up when I received I had a few recent contacts with other Dealerships and had no success in trying to purchase a vehicle. I was almost going to give up when I received a call form Di Feo KIA. I spoke to Mike Ratz and he listened to my situation an responded that he understood and would do everything he could to help. That was all I asked of the other dealerships. A day later I received a phone call that Mike and DiFei KIA could help. I went down to the dealership that day and met Al the salesman. From that day on I will be forever a Di Feo customer. I too am A salesman and have a truly keen understanding of the word customer service which both Mike and Al showed to me.
