And, it is primarily because Renata has a very comfortable presence, she's cordial, and very knowledgable about the different makes and models of cars. She was sincere in helping me find the right vehicle for our family and took a lot of time letting me test drive and ask questions. She never pressured me in making a purchase. Also, her manager was explanatory in the difference between buying an auto and leasing one, and gave me a great offer on my trade-in and purchase. I have never leased a car before, so he enabled me to see how much I would be saving money. The incentives and cash bonus were really beyond my expectations. All around perfect experience I began going to Difeo Kia last October shortly after I purchased my Kia online. In the mix I discovered a pure gem in this dealership. First off I wa I began going to Difeo Kia last October shortly after I purchased my Kia online. In the mix I discovered a pure gem in this dealership. First off I was simply bringing my car in for service and Matt the representative at the counter was superb. Everything was always situated to needs and recommendations of maintenance and nothing frivolous. In addition everything was reasonable in price which is unheard of at a dealership. In the mix while I waited for my car in their waiting area which always has goodies and coffee I met Renata who through her extreme kindness I thought was some representative they hired to talk to their customers while they wait. To my surprise she was simply a very nice person who during her down time as a sales person enjoyed talking to the customers who are having their car serviced. It's no surprise since then they've promoted her to a bigger role in the customer experience at the dealership. Everyone I meet at Difeo has made my experience a pleasure that I always look forward to and it's made my decision to buy a Kia a very rewarding one. I hope to trade in my Kia that I bought from an online company in another state, but this time it will be at Difeo in New Jersey when the time is right. I encourage you to give them a try.
