My first new car in 10yrs came in very nervous! Sammy Chow made this experience MUCH better than I could have hoped for. He was kind and explained everything without being pushy. Great customer service and fair pricing. I worked with Sammy Chow, a Product Consultant at the DiFeo Kia dealership. The general atmosphere at the dealership appeared relaxing and the staf I worked with Sammy Chow, a Product Consultant at the DiFeo Kia dealership. The general atmosphere at the dealership appeared relaxing and the staff seemed very courteous. With a warm personality Sammy had been very helpful & apparently knowledgeable about the product. Sammy did help me get my Kia Carnival at the expected price point which I appreciated very much. Sammy did address all of my concerns; and I’m so far a satisfied customer. More
We came to this dealer after getting a DiFeo lease end voucher for our vehicle from another dealer. I came in just to talk about the voucher, and next thing you know we left with a car by the end of the n voucher for our vehicle from another dealer. I came in just to talk about the voucher, and next thing you know we left with a car by the end of the night. The experience here was great and there were no shady tactics like at our other dealer (Without naming names it is a certain dealer in Neptune). This caused us to drop off our car back there and go with a new Kia from DiFeo. Huge shoutout to our Sales Rep Sammy Chow. He was very friendly and as stated earlier, just looking to give us a good deal with no shadiness or sketchy tactics. I highly recommend people come here and also recommend Sammy as an awesome sales rep. Even the paperwork side of things with Kenny went smooth! More
If you’re looking for an incompetent service advisor (department?) you have come to the right place! I brought my brand new Sorento in to diagnose a check engine light. Techs determined there was a faul (department?) you have come to the right place! I brought my brand new Sorento in to diagnose a check engine light. Techs determined there was a faulty part which needed to be ordered. Fine – it happens. The service advisor, Matt G., informed me that parts usually take 2 days to arrive and scheduled my follow-up appointment for eight days later. Fast forward over a week later, approximately 30 minutes into my follow-up appointment Matt informed me that the part had not arrived. When I asked him why no one called to reschedule the appointment he told me “we don’t do that here” and “this is why we don’t schedule appointments until the part arrives”. When I reminded him that he himself was the one who scheduled the appointment he could only look at me with a mindless, empty stare before storming away to retrieve my keys. Admittedly, I was angry as I had wasted most of the morning on this appointment, and my frustrations were vocalized when talking to Matt. Comically, the man came unwound and called me an xxxxxx in front of a room full of waiting service customers. Matt’s incompetence and temper were certainly a treat on a crisp fall morning, but I no longer wonder why you can obtain a same-week appointment here when all other dealers are 2-3 weeks out. Honorable mention to the salesman who tried to engage me in a conversation about trading in my car for a new one before realizing I was there with a new car with 2,500 miles on it. Constructive Criticism: Service advisors should review next-day appointments the day before to ensure parts are on hand, and call customers to reschedule if they aren’t. That, or don’t make appointments in advance until the part arrives. DiFeo's existing protocols wasted my time and cost them money since no work was performed and the timeslot could've otherwise have gone to someone else. More
