Terrible Customer Service Hello, we (my father (elderly), brother (autistic), and myself) came in because my brother's lease was coming to an end and he was trying to figure ou Hello, we (my father (elderly), brother (autistic), and myself) came in because my brother's lease was coming to an end and he was trying to figure out if he should lease another Kia or finance his current one. Well, Ty was his sales man and he was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure that my brother would have the best choice car for himself. We arrived sometime around 4:30pm and it was Saturday, August 31st. They close at 6pm and I made sure to call first to find out if they had enough time to squeeze us in. They said sure no problem so we decided to go in. Once everything was figured out (probably 30 mins later) we were told to wait 15 minutes and then we would go into the finance room with Michael Ratz. Well, 15 minutes went by - and we were told another 15 minutes - then 15 minutes came and went - and we were told another 15 minutes. We were told that the couple before us was reading every word and every line of the contract and that was why it was taking so long. Then we saw them finally come out of the finance room and no one came to us. We waited another 15-20 mins and then my eldery father who is diabetic went to the finance door and said, excuse me sir - do you know how much more time we will be waiting because we have been here since 3:30pm (my father is old so yes he messed up the time). My father was very pleasant and you can check the cameras to see as well. He just wanted an update. WELL - Michael Ratz started getting very agitated and told my dad that no way he was there at 3:30pm and that himself (Michael) wanted to go home too because the place closed at 6pm. The curtain was closed so I don't think that Michael knew I was there. Well, I say that he stood up and then I went by my dad and I said please stop. And, then Michael shouted that it was my brothers and my fathers fault because they had bad credit (totally confidential information)!!! He was yelling and said that because of their bad credit he had to call so many banks and so on and so on. Then, he yelled for another manager and threw his pens down and said that he would not fill out the paperwork with my brother and father. So, we were told to wait again. My dad was starting to feel very sick because his sugars were dropping and he wasn't sure why Michael yelled at him and neither am I?!?! And, my brother still had an hour and a half drive home after this deal would be done. Well, another 30 minutes and then our sales man came over and told us that he was going to do our paperwork with us. So, we were there from around 4:30pm and left at 9:03pm and we were waiting that whole time for the paperwork and then our sales guy did it with us. We could have done it with him right away? This was not professional behavior at all. The next day my father was so sick that he ended up going to the hospital (I'm not saying that was from Michael's behavior). But, I do think that Michael is in the wrong career. My father was a CPA before he retired and he worked very hard at some big names in NYC and when Michael started putting him down in front of everyone just because he asked how much longer it would be.I was shocked - completely shocked. I have a 3-year old son and I have never seen him have a temper tantrum like that before. Also, Michael was yelling that my dad "bum rushed" him - my father literally walked to the door to ask a question. More
Tommy Nobody from 5 different dealerships was able to offer the best Deal like Mr Sammy did. Of course it was a little stressful to make that deal but finally after contacting Sammy for the second time cause I got a 250$ discount by email from them so then finally he said the numbers I liked it and we made the deal so I got the new brand car Optima with a very good waranty which now I like a lot. Also the Managers were really friendly and helped me to get that deal too. Thank you guys! More
