My first purchase at DiFeo Kia This was my first interaction with DiFeo Kia and I used a Trucar pricing quote that seemed fair. Initially I had a contact from Renee Meyer, Internet This was my first interaction with DiFeo Kia and I used a Trucar pricing quote that seemed fair. Initially I had a contact from Renee Meyer, Internet Program manager who had sent me info on 2 different cars that I had interest in viewing. At arrival to the dealership I met and worked with Ty Esdaile who was personable, knowledgeable and in focus on achieving a deal. He explained things. He worked with getting an equal loan rate with Kia Corp. to match that from my Bank. He spent all the time needed to show us the car and orient us to it's features without any stress. Subsequently we were able to reach a deal, get the car prepped and drive the car home the same afternoon in a matter of about 4 hours. All personnel we met were helpful, cheerful and professional. I will see how their service department functions in about 6000 miles. More
