Seamless, kind, courteous, honest, and real I purchased a 2019 used Honda Civic off the Difeo Kia lot. A strange place to find my car, but so glad I did! It started with a phone call. I was lucky enough to get Nick Bell on the other end. His honesty was a refreshing change from the experiences I had had at other dealerships. He was patient, kind, and human, showing great understanding as I underscored my concerns. He answered each question I had, and if he wasn't sure, he went to someone who was, making certain he gave me accurate information. As I navigated this new to me process, I came to realize that the stress I had been feeling pretty much dissipated. Every detail was attended. Every kindness was offered. Mike Ratz took care of the financing end of things. He made me feel instantly comfortable, no hard sell, just honest and detailed information about the costs of both the car and the financing. I would love for everyone to have such an easy and joyful process when buying a car. They even played some of my favorite music in the showroom! When all the business was done, Nick and Simon Zion were kind enough to drive my new car and a company car around 40 miles (one way) to where I live (I was driving my daughter's car). We arrived at my house around 8 p.m. It was a very long day for these gentlemen, but you'd never know it. They were as nice and kind as they were when I started the process. Great dealership and salesman For the last 2 weeks, I have been shopping for a Kia Sportage, I wanted an EX model with the TECH package. I went to 3 dealers, (Avenel, North Brunswi For the last 2 weeks, I have been shopping for a Kia Sportage, I wanted an EX model with the TECH package. I went to 3 dealers, (Avenel, North Brunswick and Freehold) but before my final selection Mike the Sales Manager from DiFeo gave me a call and asked that I come in. I am so glad he called, Upon entering the showroom I was greeted by Al Angelo, we sat down and told him I needed their best price, since I was shopping Kias, and had several prices in my back pocket from other dealers. They did not act like other dealers and ask me what price they had to beat , I told them they should give me the best price they can, if they came up with a good price, I would buy the car Al brought a car in front for the test drive, which confirmed that was the car we wanted. He did not have the color we wanted, so he found one on his other lot. After the test drive Al and Mike came back and gave me their price which was a few dollars less than the other quotes I had. We couldn't be happier for the attentive care given by Al Angelo, he took the time to explain every toy and gadget the car is equipped with, Would I recommend Al to family and friends....absolutely in a heart beat More
