Multiple warning lights; traveling with a tight schedule. I was traveling from Virginia to my NJ home and had to return to VA. I had 3 warning lights come on regarding my breaks! Marco & Sara got me in asap, same day as I reached out to them! Turned out only to be a sensor glitch and all was OK! Besides their expected professionalism and courtesy, I experienced them both as going above and beyond that! They were both personable, sweet, caring and thoughtful. I generally like people and interacting with them, even strangers. A lot of people don't. THEY DID! They listened to my story of what was going on for me and sometimes I can be a bit silly. They accepted that! I went in a stranger in need of help, I left a friend. I'll be moving back to NJ in the future and look forward to regular Kia servicing there. I felt minimal pressure which was a real plus, and Nick was well informed about the cars and their features, but more importantly very low key, which made the experience essentially stress free ( as much as possible, given the financial commitment involved)./ The sales managers were also a pleasure to work with and did their best to come up with a fair price for my trade. The actual transaction was easy and they got me out the door pretty quickly. They were good sports about the fact that i had arrived after work and kept them there almost two hours after closing. Overall Nick and the team come highly recommended, and I will definitely work with them for my future car needs. More
