A Day at DiFeo Kia I spent about 5 hours from start to finish to purchase a new car at Difeo, after making a phone appointment with Renee Meyer, who was very pleasant. Sammy Chow met me at the door and guided me through my entire purchase. He is very knowledgeable about all Kia products and services, as well as personable and professional. He took his time and made the experience a pleasant one. The test drive was very helpful and Sammy is detailed in all his answers. After about four hours I was handed over to Mike Ratz to finalize the sale. He answered my all questions in a polite fashion to close the deal. Sammy Chow followed up with me after I drove the new car home and called the following day as well to offer any additional help or answer any questions I may have had. He's very friendly and understanding. Overall , I would recommend buying a new car with Difeo to a friend or stranger. More
