I am very happy with the Service Department. Eric Holmstedt provided an amazing customer service experience. Very friendly, gave detailed information on a timely basis. Armon Naima troubled shooted and resolved the problem. The sales Department was good but not impressive. My car only had one key fob when purchased. Another was supposedly ordered but the follow thru was lacking. I spoke to at least 3 people and it was about 3 weeks before it arrived. I wouldn’t order a car from this dealership, but if they had the exact car on the lot I wanted I would purchase it, but I would only work with a woman. The guy I worked with was ok but, I wasn’t impressed with him. More
I brought my car in for an oil change. I’ve been going to Diablo Subaru for years and this was the most pleasant experience so far! They introduced themselves and shook my hand when they checked me in. While I waited they even had a commercial popcorn machine! They now have a video diagnosing email so you can see what the mechanic sees and makes recommendations. When my car was done they walked me out to my car and I was surprised they had washed it, too! They used to do that years ago. Way to go Diablo Subaru! More
The Service Dept was excellent when I experienced issues with the battery and the electrical sensor system. Subaru was very reasonable about the assessment and charges.
