We arrived via tow truck late in the day on a Saturday. Fortunately there was a very nice and very professional service person there who checked us in and gave us a loaner. But on the negative side, we discovered later that the battery in the car, which was a little over two years old, was too small. Diablo replaced it with a larger battery.
