I brought my car in for an oil change. I’ve been going to Diablo Subaru for years and this was the most pleasant experience so far! They introduced themselves and shook my hand when they c I’ve been going to Diablo Subaru for years and this was the most pleasant experience so far! They introduced themselves and shook my hand when they checked me in. While I waited they even had a commercial popcorn machine! They now have a video diagnosing email so you can see what the mechanic sees and makes recommendations. When my car was done they walked me out to my car and I was surprised they had washed it, too! They used to do that years ago. Way to go Diablo Subaru! More
