Yesterday was my worst car service ever. I came to the Diablo Subaru for my oil change. As usual I always come early that my actual appt. time. Mr. Bondoc assisted me.. I have waited 2 hours already I hav Diablo Subaru for my oil change. As usual I always come early that my actual appt. time. Mr. Bondoc assisted me.. I have waited 2 hours already I haven’t received any text message so I decided to go down and ask . In short nobody is doing a service in my car after waiting for 2 hours. Mr. Bondoc told me that one of the mechanic went home. xx excuse right? He told me also or you can bring home your car. xxx after waiting for 2 hours with no service xxxx no I need my car to have oil change. So He said 45 minutes. In short i have waited 3 Hours for my oil change. Really worst service ever! More
