My recent experience with Nick Broussard was refreshing. As a women, when I bring my car in for service, often the male service advisors are condescending and just kind of blow you off. I have even picked up my car and they have not even addressed some of my concerns and then have to make another appointment. Today, not only was every issue I brought the car in for was fixed, Nick then went through and explained each item. I finally got a service advisor who LISTENED....and followed through! Women spend just as much money on cars as men and I can now whole heartily recommended WC Subaru for not only their exceptional cars but now their service department. Keep up the great work. More
