Prior to arriving, we stopped at a large Honda dealership in Concord and after being hounded several times asked if a particular car could be unlocked so we could look at the interior---LOOK inside. The salesman insisted we give him our ID's, phone #'s & address. We questioned this and said we only want to look inside. He insisted and wouldn't unlock the car. Needless to say, we left and a couple of hours later purchased a wonderful Subaru Outback from Diablo Subaru - CASH. Customer service is still alive and that's where we will shop & support business.
