A car purchase without any pain! Diablo Subaru is a dealership that is really personable and accommodating. We started our conversation with Diablo Subaru in 2014 after leasing a 201 Diablo Subaru is a dealership that is really personable and accommodating. We started our conversation with Diablo Subaru in 2014 after leasing a 2013 Honda CRV. We really liked the CRV, but wanted safety features that Honda didn't offer (Blind Spot side mirrors and front end crash protection). After the lease period was over. We continued our conversation with Diablo Subaru focusing on getting a Forester to start with and then moved up to the Outback with more safety features and a lot of equipment that came standard on the Limited model. Through all of this dialog we met much of the Diablo Subaru sales staff; Dionysios, Mo, Eric, all very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our flipping back and forth between models and features, test drives and different purchasing arrangements (whether to trade-in our CRV or sell it privately). It felt totally comfortable with no pressure. Our 2017 Subaru Outback Limited is a joy! And, the time, once our decision was made seemed very short compared to many new car purchases I've made over the years. Thanks to the entire staff at Diablo Subaru from both Marilyn and myself. Prior to arriving, we stopped at a large Honda dealership in Concord and after being hounded several times asked if a particular car could be unlocked so we could look at the interior---LOOK inside. The salesman insisted we give him our ID's, phone #'s & address. We questioned this and said we only want to look inside. He insisted and wouldn't unlock the car. Needless to say, we left and a couple of hours later purchased a wonderful Subaru Outback from Diablo Subaru - CASH. Customer service is still alive and that's where we will shop & support business.
