They say there is a first time for everything. This is the first time that I have ever had a dealership that was so transparent with everything up front that we spend zero time haggling. When I ca This is the first time that I have ever had a dealership that was so transparent with everything up front that we spend zero time haggling. When I called I encourntered Freddie who gave the phone to an angel by the name of Desiree. From the time we met she assured me that she would do whatever she could to get me driving I was worth the try. Please note I have been struggling as a full time teacher and full time doctoral student and had just been through a tragedy. Her words were a comfort to me. This dealership treats you not like just a number but a whole human. Freddie worked with me and my girl Desiree who was gentle and kind and encouraged me that everything was possible. The most remarkable thing is that she was straight forward about what I could do based on my creditworthiness and liquidity. I never once felt pressured or lied to . No games, nothing but HONEST DEALING. If you are thinking about going anywhere else think again. They put me, someone who was in a half burned 2017 Ford Edge with a blown engine into a 2022 Nissan Rogue with all the bells and whistles (leather interior) with ...hold your breath. full panoramic windows .
