Disappointed. What happened to getting a "free" hat or sweatshirt after buying a car? As I was driving home right after buying it, inside windows streaky and marked up. Back seat fold out arm rest not stitched and needs to be fixed. No follow up call to see how things are going. People are very nice and appreciate them all, but it wasn't a hometown, personal vibe like a person SHOULD get when buying a car. I'd only recommend this dealership if I lived in the Alexandria area. The appointment was easy to make online. They even got our vehicle in a little earlier than scheduled and completed the service quickly. The service performed was covered with me very thoroughly and completely. I also received a video of the service inspection and a code for a free car wash. The price of the service was very good and the waiting area is comfortable, with seating, TV, cookies and coffee. I highly recommend Diamond Buick GMC for both sales and service! More
