In 3 weeks from purchase had to bring car back 3 times and all 3 times car was tied up all day and when I picked it up they were only capable of doing a portion of what was suppose to be done. My only regret was I did not note the technician's name and that I do not live in the Auburn,MA area so I could patronize this dealership. It was then when headed inside to make the deal, when inside I briefly waited for the phone calls and paper work, but in the mean time I was treated with wat I would compare to Royalty. Brought in my 2008 Tahoe for a minor electrical issue with the power windows, was told to get a coffee in the waiting area and they would be back with me quickly.
