I arrived at Diamond via an internet ad adversiting one of three red LTZ's in New England. In 3 weeks from purchase had to bring car back 3 times and all 3 times car was tied up all day and when I picked it up they were only capable of doing a portion of what was suppose to be done. My vehicle was brought in immediately, diagnosed (plug under the carriage had unplugged) and I was on the road in less than an hour. My only regret was I did not note the technician's name and that I do not live in the Auburn,MA area so I could patronize this dealership. After a short breifing between Darren and myself we then headed out to the lot, Darren walked me through all the inventory of beautiful trucks and then I spoted the one that was calling my name. It was then when headed inside to make the deal, when inside I briefly waited for the phone calls and paper work, but in the mean time I was treated with wat I would compare to Royalty. I was very happy with the final price and appreciate all the rebates I was able to recieve. Every one at the Diamond Team made me feel extremely comfortable and I enjoyed my expericence greatly! Brought in my 2008 Tahoe for a minor electrical issue with the power windows, was told to get a coffee in the waiting area and they would be back with me quickly. Very quick service and I was kept informed. There was no cost at all since it was under warranty. Staff was friendly and accommodating and I would return.
