I have been having my 2006 Pontiac Solstice serviced by Diamond Chevrolet for over three years. Whenever I bring the car in for service the associates at Diamond are not only courteous, but present options Diamond Chevrolet for over three years. Whenever I bring the car in for service the associates at Diamond are not only courteous, but present options for any repair work with the best interest of the customer in mind. In one example, I needed to have two tires replaced. Rather than saying they needed to be replaced immediately for the sake of a sale, they told me about how many miles I had left so I could save for the replacement. But here is where they went above and beyond customer service. My Solstice developed a rather serious rust spot over the last several months. I knew I was out of warranty but brought it to Diamond for their recommendation on an auto body specialist. Not only did they happen to recommend an auto body company I was familiar with, but even though the car was out of warranty, they said they would cover the repair!! To say this was great news and great customer service would be an understatement. By the way, Diamond also repairs and services non GM vehicles as well. They take great care of my mother’s 2004 Hyundai Sonata. Thanks Diamond! More
