Prior to dropping $2100 at least: 1) The protective plastic could have been removed; 2) The protective paper for dirty shoes could have been removed; 3) the armrest could have been placed in its orig plastic could have been removed; 2) The protective paper for dirty shoes could have been removed; 3) the armrest could have been placed in its original spot on the driver's door instead of just thrown in the passenger seat; 4) The water bottle that was in the center console could have been placed back in the center console instead of thrown on the passenger floor and left; 5) The clock could have been reset to the correct time and 6) Maybe the truck exterior could have been introduced to a water hose. He listened, got me my truck, and then followed up with me three times over two weeks, asking how I was enjoying my truck and if I needed any family.
