The attendant made off colored comments based on my looks . Whrn we returned from looking at my tires he asked me if I had been driving in Mexicali ? Which i responded “huh what” ? I purchased a 2023 BMW X3 M40i after seeing it listed at 33k miles. Actual mileage delivered: 36k. They ran the credit application, ignored me for a day, and then pressured me hard to sign everything immediately. Contract was emailed at 7 PM with a two-hour deadline. They delivered the car to my home, and one of the employees used my restroom in a very unprofessional way. After the sale, they provided no GAP coverage options, no lender details, and no payment instructions. They also promised “45 days before first payment,” which turned out to be 29 days. I set an appointment and stated I needed to be out within two hours and they stated OK. My appointment was 7 AM and I arrived at 6:50 and checked in. The text said they did have to replace a drain plug and he would get two guys on it right away and I watched for 15 minutes while no one worked on the truck In addition, I tried calling in before opening and there is no way to leave a message and your phone system just hangs up and your people say there is no way to fix it Lastly, I asked the service provider if there were any coupons because I got one either on email or mail but forgot to bring it and he stated he applied my coupon and charged me 189. I checked back in the email and found the coupon from Diamond Hills and it should’ve been a charge of 149 They let me know that Jesup was a much bigger dealer, and I could probably get faster service there because I wanted to bring it in for two services and they said that that’s what it takes to do diagnostics and I would need to leave it, even though I’m coming from an hour and 15 minutes away Pretty unbelievable More
