I had the worst experience ever at the service department in your dealership I dropped off my daughters car just to have the check engine light diagnostics it took them five days They hardly called me. I in your dealership I dropped off my daughters car just to have the check engine light diagnostics it took them five days They hardly called me. I had to consistently call to get updates on the car. Then they tried telling me some xxxxxxxx that they can’t let the car let the car leave without them fixing it and a bunch of stupid xxxx like that. I told him I was going to call the service manager. I finally got the car back after 6 days. They did turn the check engine light out. We’ll see if it goes through Smog. That was the whole reason I had it there because I needed to smog it. I’m not sure if I will ever return to your dealership again for service Even though I just bought a new car there in January And it’s still under warranty and I’m sure it will need service More

I dealt with Emilio Baruffi in the Service Department. He was extremely helpful and a nice guy. He got me a ride home and called me during the process. My warranty wasn't on record. I went to Finance He was extremely helpful and a nice guy. He got me a ride home and called me during the process. My warranty wasn't on record. I went to Finance and they said they didn't have the technology to put my warranty on file. I got home and emailed Emilio my copies and he handled it all. He is an asset to the company. More
