Terrible service. Oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle the tire rotation had not been done. I had to wait another hour for completion. The Oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle the tire rotation had not been done. I had to wait another hour for completion. The vehicle inspection is a joke. No mention of my fuel filter at 4% life remaining. My right front tire had a piece of metal embedded in the tread. Service tech didn't notice it when he rotated the tires. I asked my service writer if the service manager was available. I was told he was in a meeting. I asked for him to call me. I never received a call. TERRIBLE SERVICE More
