Not only did they do service not requested -the Rea at on that I took my car in was to get the visor replaced because it was broken Berret said he would order it and I would be contacted once part came in to install weeks keep going by I called today got hung up on server so times & given the round around because they don’t see anything on my record — come to find out by the parts department that the part was not even order !! Thus is unacceptable- you guys charged me almost 300)$ when I took my car in for the apt for the visor & then it was not even orders I’m requesting to be contacted asap by manager Your dealership is a joke & I believe it now why you guys have such low reviews I have had 4 ford cars & never been treated this way … fix this issue asap I will also be reporting you guys to the Better Businesses Bureau
