What am I referring to? Our 2016 Focus battery died, and when I took a look at the battery, I noticed that it was full of acid. The only issue was that, it was recently serviced and the tech who serviced the vehicle, claimed that the car was had no issues. I took a picture just in case I got the run around. Therefore because of the Tech's negligence we should have been given half price. More

Terrible warranty on battery service .
