I appreciate your reaching out. The issue was rectified a day following my discovery. My apologies. I was requested to rate Diamond Ford services on my vehicle; therefore, I wrote my displeasure over a failed simple oil change service. I know a bit about Ford products since I owned several in the past: European Ford Cortina, Mustang II, Aerostar, and the dealers' good services. Thank you.

Hello Dustin, Thank you for your reply.When I purchased the car I was given only 1 key Fob.I was told they would look for 2nd key fob & send to me.I never heard back from sales for the additional fob.
