Excellent customer service from Dante, Quick Lane Service Advisor, he took care of three of my vehicles in a span of a coupe of days. I was a walk-in customer for all the service performed on my vehicles. Tw Advisor, he took care of three of my vehicles in a span of a coupe of days. I got a complete detail of all the service recommendations for each vehicle, one as the vehicle was being worked on and others when I picked the vehicles. He went over the Vehicle Check Up form on each vehicle highlighting each inspection category and explaining each one. He gave me an accurate quote on repair service recommended for one of the vehicles. I now have a Diamond Ford Quick Lane Service in Palmdale, closer to my residence, which I will try the next time I need service. I'm sure they will be just as professional, as Dante. He told me he oversaw the service advisors training prior to their grand opening. More
