Was going to lease but working with finance was getting a bit out of hand and taking forever, Way too much paperwork and questions, "Name two friends, phone numbers, addresses......point of contact person not living with you......", just on and on...why? Ended up just buying the car outright. Took longer than I thought, Alex, I think Christians manager, was okay but kept pushing for another 20 minutes.....and not particularly helpful. Told them at 10:15am on Saturday that I had to leave for an appointment by 11am. By 11:20am still there and we had to leave. Comments from Alex such as "if you leave now the car may get sold by the time you come back"....who needs that? Sell that person a different car! Anyway, main job done, got the stick shift car at the price I was looking for. Christian was first class. Ashley, in the finance group that I met on the Monday when I bought the car was also very nice and very helpful. More

Not an honest dealership We bought a 2015 Ford Certified Pre owned truck from here. The carfax showed the car to be in the East for 2-3 years. Because of that, we asked specif We bought a 2015 Ford Certified Pre owned truck from here. The carfax showed the car to be in the East for 2-3 years. Because of that, we asked specifically if the car had any signs of rust. They responded with a clear no and the truck has been through a 172 points inspection. If there were any known concerns, they would either be fixed or disclosed. I trusted them and took their word. Fast forward 45 days, I had the truck in service and was told the underbody had serious rust issues. I looked and sure enough, it was all over. I contacted the service manager a week ago and got his voice mail. Left a message and to this day, not call back. I emailed the General Manager of the dealership early this week and again as a follow-up today and no response. I also called today to speak to the GM (Doug Killebrew) and got his voice mail. Left a message and I've yet to recieve a call back or a response. I'm aphauled and disgusted for being dicieved. Adding insult to injury, one would think they would at the very least respond and engage and attempt to help with the situation. Not a peep from anyone. We bought from a real Ford dealership because we thought they would not sell cars that had known issues that was clearly visible to a service technician. We are sadly mistaken. We will never do business such dishonest people nor recommend anyone to them ever again. Shame on all of you at Antelope Valley Ford. More

Amazing dealership! This dealer has a large inventory of Fiestas in stock. (Also all other Ford models) We were able to find the model, color and wheel package we wanted This dealer has a large inventory of Fiestas in stock. (Also all other Ford models) We were able to find the model, color and wheel package we wanted after looking at 3 other dealers closer to home that only had one or two in stock. We traveled 60 miles and are glad we did. After sending a online inquiry saying we intend to visit the dealership Carol O'Connor responded promptly and said come in and ask for Alex Shaw. To my happy surprise it turns out he is the sales manager. We met and he introduced us to Brian Miller our salesman. Brian got keys and took us out to see the two cars we were interested in. He is very knowledgeable and has been there for 6years. Ashley in finance got us a low rate loan and made signing documents quick and easy. Everyone was very nice and never tried to pressure us. They made you feel like a friend and were there to help you get the car you want. More
