I have been using this dealer since my husband and I purchased our car in 2004. We initially met Bret with our first service visits along with the above mentioned people. It says a lot when after 5 years a dealerships still has the same people, in what I would imagine a high employee turn over business. Dealerships for the most part do not have good reputations, but AV Lincoln Ford, in my experience has given me good advise, maintained my vehicle with quality service and parts and most importantly carried over the customer care visit, all the way from paying my bill to the occasional rides to and from the dealership and home. PR work is something that is reflected in Bret who knows his product, my car, and is not pushy in his approach. Explaining frankly and expertly, his mannerisms have made me loyal to this service department. As for the cashier Peggie, she is wonderful, friendly and knowledgable in the over all running of not only the service department but the entire dealership and a cup of coffee to boot. Lastly John the driver, an over looked little treasure in your employ. He (as with all the listed employees mentioned) maintains a professional approach and williness to please the consumer and I hope is recognized for his (John) part in what I think can be a thankless job. I have never had any problems with the care I receive for my Lincoln and if I do Bret makes sure it is taken care of in "quick order". Bret remembers me and most importantly my car in its service needs when ever I have routine maintinence or other concerns. Your dealership is lucky to have these people, as with many others, who keep me "returning" for service and in general all my Lincolns needs. In todays economy loyality is very much earned and AV Lincoln Ford as won mine for these reasons. So to the owner and general manager of this dealership, I hope my single patronage will be recognized to your people at Christmas. More
My truck wouldn't start. I called my service advisor Reye and asked when I could bring the truck in. When I dropped the truck off I also identified a window problem. I was highly satified with the service t and asked when I could bring the truck in. When I dropped the truck off I also identified a window problem. I was highly satified with the service that was provided to me. The truck was diagnosed on the day Reye promised. Both problems were repaired and the vehicle was returned washed and ready to go. I have been bringing my truck here for service, and will continue to so in the future. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and my truck is running great. More

I able to make my appointment online. Realizing afterwards that I needed to change the date & time; when I called, they were very accommodating. When I arrived at the time for my appointment, Adrian came out to assist me. He made me feel confident that my issue would be resolved. When I explained that I needed to wait on my vehicle so I could get my children from school, he let me know that if a part had to be ordered, I could have the vehicle back and return to have the issue resolved at a later time, but he would let me know what the problem was. As it turns out, it only took about 1 & 1/2 hours to replace the part and I was on my way. More
I took my Lincoln Navagator in to be serviced and to have it looked at due to the check engine light being on. The morning I called, they got me in right away. In all those years I've only had one small problem and I got that fixed faster than you could shake a stick at it. The folks that work at Av Ford have got to be some of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with. Pricing is about the same as most on most items less on others but when you add in the great service your all ready a head of the game. More
Best experience ever at this dealership! Previous encounters with A.V. Ford were less than satisfactory, but this time was very different. Even though our vehicle was purchased elsewhere, the service writer (Ray) immediately found out what our problem was and even attempted to correct it himself. He took our vehicle and had the technician look at it before determining that a part was needed and had ordered it before giving our vehicle back and letting us know that the part would be here in about 5 days. I hope that any future service visits go as quickly and smoothly as this one. We can't say enough about our service writer and how well he treated us. More
I have only taken my 2001 Ranger pickup to Ford dealers since I bought it. I love that oil changes and regular services are kept reasonable and that they have the vehicle's entire work history on demand. since I bought it. Last year, I received a 3-for-1 "the Works" oil change offer which was almost too good to be true: pay for one full service and receive two more free if performed within one calendar year. I was in the hospital and got a bit off the scheduling track, but was reminded during a previous visit that I needed to complete my third service during July. I assumed that meant I had the whole month, and due to money issues waited until the 31st to stop by. It was then I learned that my coupon had expired a week earlier, and that I'd lost my last free trip. Not to worry, though. The service manager understood my dilemma and worked out a way for me to get that last oil change for free. I had wanted to replace my fuel filter anyway, so the complete package ended up around the same; but still, I thought it was a very nice thing for Ford to do. It's little things like this that keep me loyal. I'm not sure fellow Ford owners are aware of it, but there's a new rewards program for customers like me who keep coming back to receive 5% toward future visits. (As long as oil changes are cheap and future maintenance is kept competitive, I really have no reason for going anywhere else.) AV Ford can sometimes get a little hectic, but an express oil change line helps keep things moving pretty well. On good days, they'll remember to throw in a car wash and have some time to review my Ranger's overall service schedule. Thanks, AV Ford, for helping to keep my Ranger running in tip-top shape!!! More
