I received excellent and speedy service this last time. I had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done with had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done within 2 hours as stated. I was extremely happy and even gave him a hug! I appreciate the customer care I recaive because I can go to any dealership with my truck, so this is the most important thing for me. I use to be down in North Hollywood with a dealership for over 24 years, since I bought my first car at 16, because of the quality of service and mostly the customer service I ALWAYS received. Went in to get tires balanced due to vibration. Keri pointed out where tires had almost worn through due to bad alignment. The Employes are very curtious and they give you personal service as well, even provide you transportation home if your vehicle will take awhile to get serviced. Usely the wait isn't long.
