I have only taken my 2001 Ranger pickup to Ford dealers since I bought it. I love that oil changes and regular services are kept reasonable and that they have the vehicle's entire work history on demand. since I bought it. Last year, I received a 3-for-1 "the Works" oil change offer which was almost too good to be true: pay for one full service and receive two more free if performed within one calendar year. I was in the hospital and got a bit off the scheduling track, but was reminded during a previous visit that I needed to complete my third service during July. I assumed that meant I had the whole month, and due to money issues waited until the 31st to stop by. It was then I learned that my coupon had expired a week earlier, and that I'd lost my last free trip. Not to worry, though. The service manager understood my dilemma and worked out a way for me to get that last oil change for free. I had wanted to replace my fuel filter anyway, so the complete package ended up around the same; but still, I thought it was a very nice thing for Ford to do. It's little things like this that keep me loyal. I'm not sure fellow Ford owners are aware of it, but there's a new rewards program for customers like me who keep coming back to receive 5% toward future visits. (As long as oil changes are cheap and future maintenance is kept competitive, I really have no reason for going anywhere else.) AV Ford can sometimes get a little hectic, but an express oil change line helps keep things moving pretty well. On good days, they'll remember to throw in a car wash and have some time to review my Ranger's overall service schedule. Thanks, AV Ford, for helping to keep my Ranger running in tip-top shape!!! i've been going to av ford since 1999. we do all my i've been going to av ford since 1999. we do all my service with them. we have purchased at least 6 cars that i can remember. we even won a car from i've been going to av ford since 1999. we do all my service with them. we have purchased at least 6 cars that i can remember. we even won a car from the new mazda dealership. we have been treated like family. i tell everyone i know to go to av ford for purchase and service. keri has been my advisor for the last 3+ years, she know what i want and what is needed. i usually have a maintenance plan or warranty to cover me but when i don't i know i get a fair deal on service. i can only think of one time something had to be done a 2nd time so the quality of work is tops. when i or my wife walks in the door almost everyone says hey ted or hello mr reynolds (same for my wife). i like going somewhere where i feel liked and appreciated and i get that at av ford/mazda. I've been coming here for 7 years. The service is good. Appts. are kept to the time, and the technicians explain things if you have questions. These people are really good at customer satisfaction. I bought my last 3 cars off of them. I never get to see or know the mechanics because they are always working hard in the back. But I would love to thank them personally for the excellent work they ALWAYS do on all my cars. I tell my friends that these are the "GO TO" guys in our area when you have a car problem that no one else know how to fix. I have been a steady AV Ford customer for 11 years now and I have never known anyone at this dealership to be dishonest, sneaky, or underhanded in any of my business dealings. This is why my wife and I recommend these guys to our friends, and why we remain loyal to this dealership. We are so happy we have a good Ford dealership like this right here in Lancaster. More
