Let me tell you, Misael Rios was the best service consultant ever. Although I was prepared to pay for the service, he saw that I had a warranty which included service and, thus, he advised me that I did not have to pay for my service. He told me what they were going to do with my car. I sat in the comfortable lounge area and was able to get quite a bit of work done because of my ability to use the wifi service at the dealership. My car was done and Mr. Rios came to me while I waited inside of the dealership and told me. I appreciated this. Pain in the rear recall made painless. David was great. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to go in for the air bag recall on my Honda Accord. I arrived right as the service dep David was great. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had to go in for the air bag recall on my Honda Accord. I arrived right as the service department was closing. He still took the time to sign me in and was still nice, in spite showing up 5 minutes before close on a Friday night. He told me my car would be ready before noon the next day. He called me at 10am to let me know repairs were complete. I have one car and not a whole lot of spare time.
