I was told that they could inspect my vehicle for a compliance letter. My car was taken for service. I was dropped home by their driver because they said it would take 6 hours to inspect 4 things. I got home only for them to tell me that they could provide a report and that I had to contact BAR. American Honda provided that letter for me to take the vehicle to any Honda dealer and have them inspect the vehicle. But the service manager John decided nope he knows better than the import/export department at the OME. Stick to your lane John. You're just a small man with a small job. More
