I want to give all the recognition to Ruben Ortega, his approach since the beginning wasnt aggressive as most car salesman. I was transparent and let him know all i was in for was to get a Trade In Value q approach since the beginning wasnt aggressive as most car salesman. I was transparent and let him know all i was in for was to get a Trade In Value quote for my nissan sentra. He was able to make a quick and fairly reasonable offer. He took the time to show us the different Honda Accord Sport, along with safety features. We ran some numbers and this is where i began being extra and make him work the numbers, not once did Ruben seem frustrated with the questions and requests i had. We were able to come to an agreement on the vechicle price and monthly payment. Ruben was able to explain the pros and cons of Lease vs Finance, i was able to walk out the lot same day with the car i wanted. As usual when it came down to sit down with the financial manager, this is where the aggression begins of trying to make you purchase extras you most likely dont need the individual seemed to have some atittude for no reason. Being that im in the Retail Sales industry, Management is supposed to have better customer service skills but the individual lacked professionalism. Overall amazing job to Ruben Ortega! More
