This people are rude, took my car cause the engine blown up at barely 89k miles they replaced the engine (after more than 3months in the shop) and while the car was still in the shop they suggested to repla up at barely 89k miles they replaced the engine (after more than 3months in the shop) and while the car was still in the shop they suggested to replace all the coolant hoses BUT we have to pay cause they said is not part of the engine replacement warranty but they made it part of it cause 1st of all the car didn’t have coolant hoses problems b4 so they returned the car to us leaking antifreeze making the car to start overheating we took it back just to say it needs the coolant hoses 1000$ to replace some 130$ worth of hoses not just that but they charging 230$ for diagnostic? When it was them who damaged the hoses. NEVER EVER BUYING A HYUNDAI CAR again especially not From DIAMOND HYUNDAI IN PALMDALE CA. More

Because I would want to complete that service while waiting, we coordinating doing a parts check before scheduling service and pre-ordering anything not in stock. Customer service from Lexi was fantastic. Did not like the fact that I got an oil change HIGH recommended from technician when my oil change was just done 2 weeks prior to dealer replacing my Did not like the fact that I got an oil change HIGH recommended from technician when my oil change was just done 2 weeks prior to dealer replacing my injectors. Now this being said from what I can see the technician only replace one injector and the paperwork states that all four injectors were replaced. Also, my oil has nothing to do with my injectors, so I’m confused as to why did Technician highly recommend to do an oil change the oil change was done but the technician never reset it the actual mileage in my cluster now two weeks later my SUV is notifying me that it’s gonna need an oil change in 500 miles. Nothing makes sense and I’m a bit disappointed. More
