It was quick in and out. I received timely updates about my service. The service agent provided both a ride home and a ride to pick up my car. I received timely updates about my service. The service agent provided both a ride home and a ride to pick up my car. More
Good service. Reasonable wait time. Been co.ong to Diamond/Rally for many years. Only one problem that was quickly corrected. Reasonable wait time. Been co.ong to Diamond/Rally for many years. Only one problem that was quickly corrected. More
Alicia was a wonderful service advisor. She kept me informed of what’s going on and helped me get the most value out of the service. Work seems like it was done well on my car. I watched him put them in and it took him all of five minutes. I am 70 years old living on a budget and to me putting in filters that take less than five minutes should be a courtesy not a $200 expense. Where is the integrity? More
