It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone in the service center while my car was here. It took 2 weeks to get oil change, coolant serviced, and transmission serviced. When I picked my car up, my cen service center while my car was here. It took 2 weeks to get oil change, coolant serviced, and transmission serviced. When I picked my car up, my center console latch was broken. I went right around to the service center to let them know and a manager argued with me. She accused me of lying, and initially agreed to discount the part. When my partner arrived, she spoke to someone and said they would repair it because we do business with them and said someone would call me. I have not received any calls, and I have left a voicemail myself with no response. I will be showing up in person to try to resolve the issue this week when I have time. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed. More

Horrible! Unwilling to work with me at all on a car they sold me that was unsafe to drive! I had a rollaway occur while in park and ebrake set, almost sending my three daugthers over the side of a mountain. Had they done their job they would not have let me drive this car off of the lot with the serious safety recall. It now requires a new transmission and they were told how serious of a scare I had and that I am not comfortable getting back in that same vehicle and I want to swap it out for a different one and they have the audacity to try to tell me a vehicle I had for 3 days (700 miles) would have to be traded in as a used vehicle! They are more worried about losing a few bucks then taking care of a customer who could have had a serious accident with her children. Hopefully noone else has to be through what I did!! More

Absolutely horrible! Sales sent us off with a new car that was UNSAFE, Will not work with us, even though they made a very big mistake. Service has not been any better. We had our vehicle for three days and it now needs a new transmission. I would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone. My children’s lives could have been at risk Due to the unsafe nature of this vehicle Serious safety recall that the vehicle had when they knowingly sold it to us. Consumer affairs is taking care of us. It’s sad that we had to go that route. More
