Recall repair, wasted over two hours of my time only to be informed they didn’t have the part. And to reschedule another appointment. I was having the panel under the engine compartment on my 2013 Genesis replaced. I had pre-ordered the panel and scheduled the replacement with Chris in Service. On Thursday,as scheduled, the new panel was i 2013 Genesis replaced. I had pre-ordered the panel and scheduled the replacement with Chris in Service. On Thursday,as scheduled, the new panel was installed, but an adjacent panel showed damage and needed to be replaced. With my agreement, Chris ordered the part and I will return next week to have it installed. Most importantly, I continue to have use of the vehicle while awaiting the part More
