Horrible! Unwilling to work with me at all on a car they sold me that was unsafe to drive! I had a rollaway occur while in park and ebrake set, almost sending my three daugthers over the side of a mountain. Had they done their job they would not have let me drive this car off of the lot with the serious safety recall. It now requires a new transmission and they were told how serious of a scare I had and that I am not comfortable getting back in that same vehicle and I want to swap it out for a different one and they have the audacity to try to tell me a vehicle I had for 3 days (700 miles) would have to be traded in as a used vehicle! They are more worried about losing a few bucks then taking care of a customer who could have had a serious accident with her children. Hopefully noone else has to be through what I did!! More

Absolutely horrible! Sales sent us off with a new car that was UNSAFE, Will not work with us, even though they made a very big mistake. Service has not been any better. My children’s lives could have been at risk Due to the unsafe nature of this vehicle Serious safety recall that the vehicle had when they knowingly sold it to us. Service manager took down complaint and said would get back to me in a couple of days. No one called. After more than a week I had to call to find out what the diagnosis was. Had to call several times, go back to me in a couple of days. No one called. After more than a week I had to call to find out what the diagnosis was. Had to call several times, got transferred to lines that no one picked up, got transferred to answering machines that no one ever responded to, got left on hold until the phone shut down the call. FINALLY, Ashley took my call and told me what was going on with the car. She said it would be done by Friday. It was not done by Friday. She said come in Saturday. I came in Saturday to find one person handling the entire department who was obviously in over his head. Again, car was not ready. Raul attempted to come in on his day off to expedite the situation on Saturday. But was held up in traffic. I finally got the car back about 2 weeks after dropping it off. In short, the only reason this is a two star rating instead of one is because at least Ashley and Raul tried to help. More
I left my car at 9:30 am and Raul from Palmdale Hyundai said it would be ready MIDDAY. I asked like around 12-1 and he said yes around MIDDAY. I had to call 7 times to see how my car was going and they sai said it would be ready MIDDAY. I asked like around 12-1 and he said yes around MIDDAY. I had to call 7 times to see how my car was going and they said that it would be ready at 2pm. Comes 2 pm and I call back, no reply. Sent to voicemail or to the lady that transfers the calls. My car is finished at 4pm. Very unprofessional and they don’t update the customer about their car. More
