The dealer didn’t take the time to cut my license plate paper nor did he attach a front plate bracket. He did not put in my floor mats. I had an appointment and as I drove in the service person was talking with a person and as I sat in my car for at least 15 minutes he finally came over to assist me. When the appointment was made for the 2 y was talking with a person and as I sat in my car for at least 15 minutes he finally came over to assist me. When the appointment was made for the 2 year service I mentioned that I had a rattle in the dash. This was also mentioned at my one year appt. It appears that a rattle has to be checked and could not be corrected at this time. I was told to drop off my car on a Monday morning and they could check out where the rattle is coming from by Tuesday or Wednesday. This means I have no car those days. It appears that this procedure could be done a different way. More
