They attempted to charge me $9000 over sticker price on a used BMW x5. All these protection fees were hidden and not disclosed.They simply added these phony "protection" fees to the financed balance after do used BMW x5. We refused and walked out and they sent a closer to try and make a deal with us outside the dealership Our sales rep said his name was Jordan. Propably another lie. They are crooked and what they are trying to pull off is unlawful.It was a blatant attempt to cheat us and it makes me wonder how often they get away with it. They said they don't make their money selling cars as a way to try and explain their dishonesty. Stay away. They are cheats. More

This place is shady. They take advantage of customers by dropping their prices super low only to get you in the door and then they add thousands in extras onto the car. The fees are all optional, but they won't tell you that. If you do end up going into this dealership make sure to decline them as it's just a way to take advantage of people. As far as customer service goes, it's a joke. I tried to contact the General Manager multiple times. Apparently they keep him under lock and key...so good luck ever speaking to him or having him respond to a message or email. The finance manager - Jason is also RUDE. Avoid him at all costs. ***You work hard for your money. You should take your business to places that value that.... this is NOT one of them. More
