Diamond Valley Honda

We were led to believe that the add-ons, like the protective coating, windshield coverage, security features, were included in the advertised price. They kept telling us it was "already included". What we didn't discover until after the purchase was that all those add-ons were included at an additional cost and we had no choice to opt out of them. We felt tricked and that the additional costs were not communicated clearly. These add-ons were exorbitant and we ended up paying over $10k more than expected. Even when we complained to the finance director about being ripped off, she stated it was posted in the window of the vehicle. We realized later that that sign was indeed posted in the tinted window of the vehicle, which we couldn't have even seen from the outside or inside. We feel obligated to warn others about this negative experience. This is not the way business should be done. Please be very clear about what they are including because it will be at an additional cost. More

Sorry to took this long to write this Isay, It was funny because I had an appointment set to come to Diamond Vally Honda however I did go to Hyundai first because I had an Elantra to possibly trade in. So after going to the HYundai store and them not earning my business I did go to Honda, and I'm glad I did. Isay was great and very helpful, it was late and the actual time it took us was very fast. I knew the deal I was getting ahead of time so that part was wonderful. Most of the work was done over the phone by text. I text them the trade info and what I basically wanted and they had the car there waiting for me, it was great. I actually was more car then I wanted but after driving that Accord Hybrid tourer I wanted and loved it. The only thing I can say was unfortunate was Isay not having more time to go over the vehicle a little better. I was late and my wife wanted to get home because we hadn't eaten yet and she was hungry. I have to say go to Diamond Vally Honda you won't be disapointed and ask for Isay he was great. Our finance manager was good too I just forget his name, sorry bro! More
