Waste of time and went with 2 approvals I had one approval from NFCU and one from USAA yet the salesman did not care and did not believe me and wanted me to get approved through their prefer I had one approval from NFCU and one from USAA yet the salesman did not care and did not believe me and wanted me to get approved through their preferred banks. I had him check to see if he can do better than 6.4 with USAA or 7.9 with NFCU however their Banks were closed and he didn't want to proceed with a wire from USAA. Both approvals were for well over the car amount however he still wanted to do it his way and not what I drove 2 hours to do. I left with both approvals and him promising to call me once he got an approval from Capital Bank which he said would be 4.4 APR. Waste of my time and my approvals. I won't be going back. More

Customers are not first at this dealership My experience here was really good in the buying process , sales team is very professional and has been every time gone in, I purchased a 2018 accord My experience here was really good in the buying process , sales team is very professional and has been every time gone in, I purchased a 2018 accord on a Friday morning, toward the night I was driving my new 0 mile car on the freeway at 75mph, hearing a loud noise coming from the bottom of my car as well as my dashboard making funny noises, I took the car in on the following Monday for the service department to take a look at it, they supposedly looked under my car and looked at my dash and found 0 problems , PROBLEM NEVER WENT AWAY, 3 weeks after thinking the noise would go away I got fed up with the noise and a electrical problem with my locks was happening so I took it in again for them to look at it, service advisor Jessie right off the bat had a really bad attitude and treated me unfairly, they finally looked at my car and found rabbit food making all the noise under my car and inside my dashboard, Jessie told me I had rodents at my house and there was no way they were going to cover anything, I don’t know how he is so sure it came from my house when diamond valley Honda is surrounded by mountains and dirt fields, in the end they cleaned up the car and said that was all they could do and I was lucky they were even helping me out. More

Considering what my opinion has been previously as far as dealing with car salesmen and car dealerships, this experience has been an eye opener for me. This is a direct reflection of the leadership at Diamon Valley Honda employees and I was impressed but most importantly I left with the car I wanted. Only disappointment was I wanted the wireless charger installed in Civic Si and I was told it was not compatible with the iPhone, I should have researched it more myself because it actually is and now I have to pay in order to have it installed at a later time. But other than that, great experience overall. More
