The Worst Experience of My Car Buying Career I bought my Honda to this dealership to have a reprogrammed ignition switch to be completed. This reprogramming has to be done at a Honda dealer. I mentioned to the service writer that I need to complete necessary Honda recall air bag service as well. The service writer ignored my request for recall repair work to be completed. I received my car back from Diamond Valley Honda and the car veered off to the left in an unusual fashion. I bought the car to Pep Boys right afterward and they told me that my alignment was way off. They fixed my alignment and they noticed that my brake system needs an overhaul! I fixed the brakes a year ago. Brakes do not go out that fast! i believe that Diamond Valley Honda has a management that is discriminatory and has a garage that wants to injure certain people. I filed a complaint with the BAR stating that there is circumstantial and direct evidence against Diamond Valley Honda. Do not go to this dealership if you are like me. More

Purchased 2017 HR-V Leased a Civic at this dealership 5 years ago and it was the worse car buying experience. It took 8 hours to lease the car. Because of this, we got our last two Hondas at Honda of the Desert in Cathedral City even though we live in Hemet. I stopped by this dealership to check out the Civic Hatchback to see if it would accommodate a massage table. Jeff, my salesperson, was very helpful in showing me that car and other options, i.e., HR-V, Accord and the 2018 CR-V. I have a CR-V now and I love it. I asked Jeff what was involved to get another CR-V for their advertised $186/mo, 3 year lease. The 2018 CR-V is wider and longer and I don't need that much car. So, I decided to check out the HR-V and it's perfect for me. That advertised lease is $99/mo, 3 year lease, but it's for the LX model and they didn't have one available. They had an EX, but that costs more. I would give this dealership 5 stars, but what holds me back is the interaction with the manager. He was professional and had a pleasant demeanor, but I still felt like the 'price game' was being played and that is why I have avoided this dealership. The only reason I stuck it out and didn't walk away was because of my salesperson, Jeff. In the end, I got the car I wanted (I love it) and at a monthly lease amount that fit my budget. More

They both made the deal that we wanted so easy and comfortable that we never had the morning after regrets. The finance department got us in and out so quickly, unlike other dealer that seem to drag on and on. Not here with Diamond Valley Honda.
