A great oil change! Had my car in for the first oil change. They went above and beyond in the service department. I was greeted when I arrived to drop off my car. Michael and team took care of me and were very friendly and accommodating. They were clear that they wanted to earn my business, but were not pushy or forceful either. They did in fact earn my business. My last car was purchased in Oregon and they offered to match the same price even though it was lower than they originally offered. Awesome Experience I just leased my new HRV over the weekend here. They are the only dealership within driving distance that had exactly what I wanted! I had already been to three other Honda's who didn't have the color combination that I wanted. Eric Forst, my sales representative was awesome! He got me in and out of there quickly and ensured I had a enjoyable experience! I also like that he showed me how to work everything on my new car so that when I drove off, I knew exactly where everything was and how everything works. This was a great dealership and I will return for my next lease and reccomend it to all my friends and family! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Ann in customer service before I arrived at the dealer. She actually met me when I arrived and introduced me to Eric. What a gem!!!!
